The location suited my needs well. I found many sights within walking distance. The staff was helpful. They promptly brought a refrigerator to my room after I requested it.
I often encountered long queues of people waiting. The breakfast area felt overcrowded. Tables were not always clean, and paper plates were the only option.

the room was clean enough, i will say that much.
this meant long waits, especially during breakfast time. plus, the air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool. It was uncomfortably warm, and i expected better.

faulty air conditioning
i often waited forever, sometimes even taking the stairs from my floor on the fourteenth level. also, the air conditioning wasn't great. They said it was capped at 68, but it never got that cool. it was quite UNCOMFORTABLE at times.
